Wendy's in Fort Wayne

“Its been a very long time since I have had a good experience at a Wendy's! Food was perfect and hot, service was top tier, the wait wasnt long at all! In a world of deteriorating Wendy's, this place deserves more credit! You guys rock“

“Fantastic service and a clean location make this Wendy's one of the best.
Update 5 years later: still great service and a clean restaurant! The food got a little more expensive (all Wendy's have) but they're still a top notch place to grab a quick bite.“

“I was waited on by a very nice young black lady. She was the most helpful and most considerate employee they had. We had just visited my sister at Lutheran Hospital and I took my niece and her daughter to grab a bite to eat it was a little late but there were others in the dining room when we went in. I have a newer car to me newer so I didn’t want to eat in it if I didn’t have to especially driving back home over an hour drive. But, the frosty machine the chocolate came out like chocolate milk so they asked if we wanted to wait 7 mins for it to thicken up or if we wanted vanilla or they could refund us our money. However when we walked back up after we ate our food as we opted to wait since we were eating in any ways . One of the co workers said the dining room is closed….. The black lady came back from break and took care of us and actually made us feel more welcome just by the way she carried herself and how nice and polite she was. I don’t remember her name and I didn’t ask but I hope if her boss reads this she gets promoted she deserves it! By the way the seating area was absolutely disgusting and the had some old carpet that needed cleaned severely or torn up!!!! Whoever own this building needs to do some TLC on it! Ok end of story! By the way the ONLY READON IM RATING IT THIS HIGH IS BC OF THE ONE WORKER THERE!“

“I can not compliment the morning/breakfast crew enough! My boyfriend and I come for breakfast after he gets off work sometimes, and we are always met with fresh, hot food, and with wonderful customer service. The entire staff is always so friendly and welcoming, to the point where I’m actually taking time out of my busy morning to write them a 5 star review.“

“I just wanna say that the man that waited on me and goes by the name of Boobie, and this man is the most generous, most sweetest, most kindness. Most gentlemen I have ever came across. He treated me with the upmost respect in customer service I’ve ever came across in this day and age, and that is so hard to find nowadays This man deserves a raise. I am not sure if he’s a manager or not, but he sure deserves to be one if he’s not I will keep coming back as long as he works there. He was all smiles. He spoke to me using my name he joked around like This man is amazing. I just can’t give him enough props.
