He seemed to be in a bad mood when he took our drink order, but his attitude quickly changed for the better. “The server we had was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable and content throughout our visit. The food was also very good but my steak was not cooked to the temp I had asked for and the kitchen had forgot to add the shrimp and toppings (bourbon street steak and shrimp). I ended up getting the shrimp and sauce but never received the mushrooms and onion that it was supposed to have. I would advise anyone visiting this place to double check your food once it is served. Other than that our visit was overall a pleasant one. I would return just for the attentive service!“

“Stopped in for dinner and sat at tge bar, The Bartender Kathy was AMAZING! The drinks were perfect and Kathy went above and beyond to ensure my experience was enjoyable, I ordered the ribeye per her suggestion and I have to say her recommendation was spot on, the steak was cooked perfect and very tender. The food was hot, the drinks were cold. Kathy was very gregarious, and the prices wwre reasonable. I will definitely return.“

“I ordered a cheese burger kids meal and grilled cheese. The bun was hard and the cheese burger was cold. The cheese on the grilled cheese was not melted. This has happened before. I have noticed that the food coming through drive thru is way below the quality of dining in. I will say their fish Cod is very good. That I highly recommend.“

“Food was good and fresh. Sweet tea was sweet. My wife enjoyed her meal. What confused me was that I ordered buffalo wings, got plain wings, and when I asked for buffalo sauce I was told they don't carry it. Then why have buffalo wings on the menu? Just call them nuggets then.

“We didn't Valentine's Day event at White Castle (aka Love Castle as it's called that day). It was outstanding. Our table was ready and decorated. The managers acted as servers and came to our table and got us drinks and took our orders and served us. The managers looked like they were enjoying their time, too, as they were smiling and jovial. They had a special menu for the day as well as special dessert treats you could order. Also a large sign on the wall and you could take a photo with.“

“My wife and I were in Greenfield and stopped in for an early lunch. We hadn't been to a White Castle for a few years and were excited to go. We had cheeseburgers and fries. Our lunch was great. We enjoyed it and plan on returning. Also staff was friendly and the dining room was neat and clean. Overall a great experience.“
