We really like this internet company. We usually have very prompt service from them and if they cannot fix an outage immediately we are given an explanation. They have been our internet provider for several years now and we would greatly recommend them.
So for the record, I'm not the end customer, just somebody that works with the same equipment used in their system. I was at a relative's friend's home when I noticed a dish on their roof and I had asked who their ISP is and they had said FastLane (aka Hoosier Internet). When we had made it inside, I saw their power supply for the antenna which is called a POE Injector as the power for the dish is piped over the data line. I don't remember leaving a 3 star review before. I am very pleased with the service. The internet connection is usually good and when there is a problem it is resolved quickly. Mike, Jeff, and MJ has always been helpful and knowledgeable.
