Mikey is the server on Monday evenings and he is amazing. He will take care of a bar full of people and still make you feel like the only one in the room!!
Service is exceptional and the views of the coarse are serene.
Mikey was amazing. I highly recommend this place. He was on it, food was amazing and service was exceptional.
Big Woods Franklin offers a delightful dining experience with delicious food and excellent service. The wait staff is friendly and genuine, making guests feel welcome. The Go Big burger is highly recommended, and the Spicy Bacon Ranch Burger is also a standout, cooked to perfection with excellent fries. The Parm fries and aioli receive special praise for their taste. The atmosphere has great vibes, and the drinks are enjoyable. Although the service can be slow at times, especially during busy nights, guests often find the staff very friendly, with servers remembering orders and promptly refilling drinks. The chef does an amazing job, particularly with the soup, which many customers wish they could try again. Additionally, the Truffle fries, calzone, and brisket mac n cheese are also noted as amazing. Overall, Big Woods Franklin is a great choice for a satisfying meal, with delicious food and attentive service that keeps visitors coming back. The restaurant is a hidden gem for those seeking a great dining experience.
