“Delicious! We were just driving through and thought we'd take a chance on this breakfast cafe.This was the best breakfast we've had from any restaurant. I had the quiche and my husband had the farmers breakfast...so good! It was such a pleasant environment. Service was top notch! We may be driving an hour and a half just for breakfast in the future!“

“A classic in downtown Franklin.Located next to the historical Aircraft theater and the Franklin museum (Both are a must as well), the Willard is a must to visit in Franklin.The food is always delicious, the staff is attentive and kind, perfect for friends and family to get together and enjoy food, drinks, and atmosphere.“

“We always sit in the bar, because, Jenn is the one talking care of this area. She is pleasant and really good at her job. She is prompt, gets it right and if you need something she is there to quickly provide a solution. We always enjoy our visit a bit more when Jenn is our server.“

“I only recommend this place because of the cook Jeff. He walked in and did more work in 10 minutes then all of the other staff combined! Put him in charge of that place! The manager only cared about testing the staff on the menu when she should have cared about clearing the tables for the next customers.“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“
