stopped in for the first time today and everything was so fresh and yummy!
Just had my first visit and all I can say is YUM.everyone was so nice and helpful and well Mr chicken salad on a croissant and a side of fresh fruit was perfect. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
Awesome new place with homemade salads, soups, and desserts. Highly recommend 👌

Salad Palette Eatery is a great little place in downtown Franklin on the square with amazing prices and a huge selection. The eatery offers salads, sandwiches, soups, and freshly baked cakes, and everything is completely customized. Everything is weighed and priced by the pound so customers can add as much or as little as they want. Options include chicken salad, tuna salad, egg salad, shrimp salad, pasta salad, and traditional salad, plus a bread of the day. The chicken salad with grapes, blueberries, pecans and onions over field greens was fantastic, and the ale bread with honey orange butter was so good. The shrimp salad had lots of shrimp and small pasta with a mayonnaise base with onion and celery and seasonings, and the vegetables were fresh and crunchy. The egg salad sandwich on wheat bread with a cup of fruit and the tuna salad sandwich on a croissant with pasta salad were both excellent. The tuna and egg salad seemed a bit bland, but onions, pepper, etc. can be added. Awesome homemade desserts at great prices, and the cakes by the slice are some of the best in the area. The staff is very friendly, and a nice lunch is under $10. The place is open on a Monday, and it is a local business worth supporting.
