“Wow. This place is amazing !! Their pizza, sandwiches , salads and apps are so yummy. I have never had anything to eat here that wasn't good. However, today they did something to make me a life long customer. I ordered a pizza to take home, On the way home I got an emergency call I had to go help with immediately. Sadly the pizza got left in my very hot car for 2 hours. I called Arts and asked a manager if they thought it was still safe to eat. They just were not sure, so they said bring it back and we will make you a new one, no charge. What!! This was not their fault. I left it in the car, I didn't ask for anything yet they stepped up to offer me a replacment . I live 45 min. away so I didn't go back, but their kindness was unbelieveable.. I am an Arts girl from now on !!”

“Found the restaurant on the Indiana State Parks app. We stopped in after earning a state park pin at Mounds. The view is amazing and the food is even better! We recommend the Piggie Plate. It’s a hearty tenderloin on fries smothered in their award winning gravy. Come hungry the portions are man-sized.”

“This was my first visit to the Lemon Drop in Anderson. They were packed at 12:30 & several were waiting for a table. I sat at the counter and enjoyed the conversation of my fellow diner because he was funny. I ordered the dbl cheeseburger, french fries, and tea~ my meal was served hot, fresh, and delicious, and with a smile!
The Lemon Drop offers tasty food. My bill was just under $13.00”

The drinks were just as impressive, crafted with care and creativity. Our service was outstanding—attentive without being overbearing—and we were especially touched when the owner came by our table to personally check in. He was so kind and genuinely passionate about his restaurant. It’s rare to find a place that gets every detail right, but this one absolutely does. We’ll definitely be back!”

First off, Bill was an excellent server. Very impressed.
The food was good (our group had pizza, shrimp fettuccine, and lasagna), but can use a kick up of garlic on the garlic bread and the pastas. The Alfredo sauce was very rich, which is good-just needed a bit more garlic salt. Again, lasagna needed garlic. Pizza was good-nice and thick, full of toppings...good pub pizza...maybe a little more pizza sauce would give it more of a kick in flavor. Overall, impressed. Will definitely be getting pizza from there again. ?”

What you see is what you get, and what you see is easy american food, well done and served in portions that are as generous in quality as they are in price. I came from a breaded pork tenderloin group, and was NOT disappointed. It was fresh and perfectly cooked. What i didnt expect was some of the best country gravy Ive had since my own grandmother died, delightful salads/coleslaw, state fair worthy onion rings, and the generous free ribbon fries. All of those are enough to bring me back for more. Easily accessible from the northside of Indianapolis it is well worth the trip for a good meal.”
