I've had the pork chop and egg in several Iron Skillets and Country Prides over the last couple of years. Last year and now last night, the pork chop was very poor quality. It's loaded with fat & gristle. The quality is so poor, I'll never order it again. I've never encountered so much fat & gristle in a pork chop in my life.
Our waitress Charlie is the only reason we come here. The food is generally decent and the portions sizes are great.We are always treated like family by Charlie and whenever we order steak and Chef Riley is working, you know it’s going to be amazing.Place is really quick, atmosphere is nice for a truck stop.No complaints and our kids really love getting to meet all of the nice otr truckers.Parking: Has plenty of spots for foot traffic and truckers with a trucker-specific parking...read full review

Stopped in for Breakfast and It is a seat yourself place. Did not get her name but the waitress was fantastic! Food and drinks were excellent! Recommend going in on an empty stomach as you will come out full! Atmosphere made you feel like you were home!
