The Lake Shack is a hidden gem with good prices and an awesome atmosphere. The cute wait staff provides good service, and there are nice views of the lake. Visitors are recommended to check out the dock out back for a complete experience. The personnel are comfortable, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The food is very good, and the atmosphere is nice, albeit a little loud. The seared ahimsa tuna is a customer favorite, despite being a bit expensive. The French dip and reuben sandwiches are also highly recommended, with generous portions and delicious flavors. The chips and queso appetizer is served with hot, fresh chips and a slightly spicy queso. The only downside noted is the slow service due to limited staff, but overall, The Lake Shack is a great place for a meal with scenic views.
