Love love it!!! Everything is so good. Food and service.
Our waitress was rude when I asked if our order was going to be ready soon. She said and I quote with a mean look on her face " well you guys came in at a very busy time". We waited 40 minutes for our lunch during a busy Wednesday afternoon. But that is no reason for her to be rude! Whatever happened to service with a smile honey! I didn't get her name but Inever should have tipped her. They were understaffed for the amount of business they had that day.
Friendly & accommodating staff for our party of 6. Great food, cool atmosphere, and a dock that leads right out to the lake. Will be back.

The Lake Shack (21 and older) is a fun, casual spot for a laid-back evening near the lake. It is a Midwest lakeside dive bar with a relaxed lake-area vibe. Guests can choose between lots of tables outside with brand new nice tables and umbrellas or a cool dark bar inside. The menu has easy bar-and-grill options with fair prices for the portions. The fish sandwich features meaty pieces of pollock and a light breading. The breaded tenderloin is great, and the Reuben is delicious, hot, and more filling than anticipated. The “Dirty Girl Fries” are one of the best shared starters, with fries, Alfredo sauce, Parmesan, and fried chicken pieces. The cocktail menu includes a Paloma and a Painkiller. An old fashion is good. The view of the lake is nice. The staff and other diners are friendly, accommodating, earnest, and amiable. Service can be busy but stays good natured. The food comes out hot. It is worth the stop even if passing through.
