Went today and they asked if I was their for a door dash order ,I said no ,I want to order.Now I was standing by the ice cream one of the girls looked at me was on her phone and walked to the back on her phone,now I'm still waiting to order ,then a young lady comes in they are like may I help you,now while she's ordering one of the girls tells the other server well you have to be on this side to order ,I said y'all seen me standing here and nobody says anything!...

We stopped at the Baskin-Robbins The best time to go is before noon or otherwise expect to see a long line outside Tried the butter pecan shake which was delicious.Service is efficient. After trying the ice cream, I can understand why folks are willing to wait in long line

I usually go through this drive-thru, but I can tell you I always get very good customer service and they are very efficient. They know their frequent customers and continuously make my day with whatever I order when I stop by. FYI, the night manager definately knows how to do his job and trains others to succeed as well.
