I love their chicken and how quick they are with the service. The only complaint I have is the portion of the okra. I ordered a small and it was literally 7 pieces!!! Not worth the price!!!
After waiting in line for 10-15 minutes (Cashier took his time with orders) my food was cold after the cashier finally took my payment. I simply asked for a fresh order of fries or a refund and I was denied both. I will NEVER a day in my life shop with them again. Mind you I supported them for 10 years!!! I’ll simply head to Chicago to my other Harold’s!!!

The service has improved with new management, and the staff provide quick service. The restaurant offers a snack special for kids and is wheelchair accessible. While they may not be great with estimated wait times, the food is fresh and good, thanks to the new owner's management. Stop by for some addicting chicken and sauce!
