Based on customer reviews, Jerk N Go offers great food with delicious options like jerk wings, beans and rice, mac n cheese, cabbage, and shrimp and rice bowl. The oxtails flavor wise was ok but could have had more seasoning. The chicken was great with flavor. The plantains and cabbage were enjoyed. The food is very delicious and never a bad meal. Service can be slow (15+ minutes) but it’s worth the wait. Calling ahead to order isn’t an option, but there is an app for future orders. The staff is friendly and the cashier Tia was very polite and professional with great customer service skills. The packaging was topnotch, with nothing leaked and everything in separate containers. The food is ready on time. It is kind of pricey but understandable. Customers recommend for everyone to order here and have a forever customer.
