McDonald's in Gary

“Pretty decent McDonalds when it comes to the food. It was prepared hot and wasn't brown together like some other locations. Staff wasn't very friendly. They initially forgot 3 of our drinks and when I asked, they gave me the drinks, but one of them had a hole in the cup, which leaked in our car. Not sure how you miss that, but they did replace it, which was nice.“

“This is one of my favorite McDonald’s in the city of Gary. The best time for me to go to this location is the morning the morning crew always has a food fresh and they put everything together just like you said it’s supposed to be nothing ever missing. I really enjoy using that McDonald’s app and I get my food quicker I feel that the afternoon or evening crew needs to take tips for the morning crew because they never have the food ready. Nobody taking orders. There’s more of an attitude in the evening in the morning, but I like to give the morning crew two thumbs up because they have my food and their attitudes are on point. Keep up the good work And keep trying. I know it’s not the easiest job to have working fast food but you’re doing a good job in my opinion, especially the morning crew.“

“Best dine-in experience at McDonald's that I've had in a long time. I was not looking forward to electronic ordering but before we could start, a young lady came out took our order and was very pleasant. And the food was ready in a timely manner. What a pleasant surprise since most outlets are nothing but drive-thru's and if come to dine- in, expect crappy service. Congratulations to the people at this store!“
