went to la cascada for the first time last week. Ordered our food and waited FOREVER for it to get to our table while others that ordered after us got their food, ate and left before we got ours. I ordered shredded chicken chimichanga with fish added and my husband ordered the seafood chimichanga with chicken added. Tried to order online, would not work. So called in order. Picked up order and was charged almost $10 more than what I should have been. Took receipt in and showed them the price online and he pulled the in store menu and showed me that the item prices do not match and told me menu was updated. Refused to honor the online price. Returned food and asked for a refund. So watch your bill when you get it here!
They have great food, they can sometimes give your food fast, and good service.
