“I have never had a bad experience. alwys got my ice cream or what ever I ordered was good. but, the prices? got a large ice cream slushy first time it was 2.15 2nd time it was 3.16 n I got one today n they charged me 6.59. i didn't make a big deal about it no need to get mad but let your workers know how to ring them up. Thank you. I don't want to cheat anybody.“

“First time experience with this restaurant the take a number and them bringing the food to me had a McDonald's feel to me but y'all them fries was hot fresh salted perfectly burger was great and the salted caramel concrete mixer at the end this was one happy fatkid“

“I love the employees here every time I walk in. The menu looks poorly made and the meals are expensive for what you get. The drinks are good but very expensive to add boba to it. The girls who were working today(ella and Nicole I think they're names were) were very polite and helped me try new drinks. I recommend the mango pineapple smoothie.“

“I had a giant birthday cookie sent to my daughter at college. The Door Dash people never delivered it. The girl at Insomnia apologized profusely and took care of getting another sent out to her right away, all with a friendly and helpful disposition. My daughter said the cookie arrived right on time as promised, and she and her friends loved it! I will definitely be using them again for future treats for her!“
“I was running up my stairs a few mins ago with my shake and blizzard and triped on the 3rd floor and my blizzard fell all the way down the to the first floor the cup was a little busted but other than that my blizzard was perfectly fine didn't even leak 5 stars for sure“
