Me and my wife just moved back to Spencer after being away for 40 years. We were disappointed in the restaurants in the area, but someone told us about Mulligans and it did not disappoint. The food and service was very good. We have been there 3 times and was good every time. The only reason I gave the food 4 stars was the Cuban sandwich was very good but small. I would definitely recommend this place.
We had the chicken wrap, burger, fish sandwich and tenderloin sandwich as well as fried mushrooms and fries. It was all really good!! Best fried mushrooms I've ever had!! Service was good!

I cannot say enough great things about this establishment! We came from out of town to meet a friend who took us here. Every single thing we had was phenomenal! The service, fried portobello mushrooms, chicken wrap, and tenderloin were amazing.
