Can't say enough about our waitress!!!! She was amazing and I only wish I'd taken her name. So attentive and accommodating! She said they'd been in business nearly 76 years!!! Food was good and the atmosphere is full of old-time memories sitting atop a hillside and full of windows to watch outside. I'd go back!Dietary restrictions: I eat GF
We found this restaurant when I was on the way to Spencer to speak to an audience there. It had fabulous food. The owner is super nice we got to meet him before and there's just a lot of wonderful ladies working there and they take very good care of you. I took a couple of friends there yesterday and we all were very happy. One ordered 1/4 chicken, another got the ground sirloin steak with onions and mushrooms. I got the ham. The sides are wonderful, especially the green beans, excellent! My wife was in Texas but I told her that when we get moved back to Bloomington next month, we'll patronize these folks again.
