“We tried four different cupcakes, and split each in quarters so we could try them all. I don't know if I could pick a favorite, but the lemon blueberry stood out. All the cupcakes were moist, and a great flavor; too often when you visit bakeries they have frozen the cupcakes and I can always taste that. These were fresh! I love that they chose a downtown location in a historic building and left the safe in the wall. They store the cake boxes in the old safe and it is visible behind the counter which lends character to the atmosphere. This is a candy lovers dream store. Lots of candy gifts ideas.“
“Local coffee shop in New Palestine, located behind the CVS. Besides coffee items, they also offer breakfast and lunch items, donuts, crepes, smoothies, ice cream and Italian cream sodas. Small coffees are $5. They have seasonal drinks and also a coffee flight (4 drinks) for $15. If you pay in cash, you get a 4% discount. They have a patio out front, and inside has a couch, chair, bar table for 2, regular table for 2, swing chair and long window table that seats 6. They also have a drive-thru. One of the only local coffee shops in New Pal, so give 'em your business!“
“The Greenfield Visitors Center should list this establishment as a point of interest along with Riley's home. These are the best donuts that can be purchased *anywhere,* as far as I'm concerned. Whenever we try donuts from anywhere else, even out of state, my family compares them to the Sweet Shop as the gold standard. My family literally brought friends from out of town to show off these donuts--donuts which have not changed in the decades I've been eating them. A Greenfield institution that knows its own quality. Never change.“
