Placed my online order and forgot to change location. They honored the order with no extra charge when they did not have to. Appreciate that in today's world.

Subway has changed so much over the years and not in a good way. I would always get the subway club or the meatball sub, got two meatball subs one on white, one on cheese herb bread. Surprised when we opened the sandwiches to eat and they were cold, didn't get them toasted. I took the meatballs off and warmed those up so the bread wouldn't get soggy and chewy, something isn't right with the bread almost like it was doughy not all the way cooked.
