About Lotus Garden Of Greenwood

Lotus Garden Of Greenwood offers delicious sweet and sour shrimp, crispy duck, and fried pork. The flavors are fresh and distinctive, ensuring a delightful dining experience. The friendly waiter provides excellent service, making the visit outstanding. Customers highly recommend trying the k20 Tony's Chicken dish. The generous portion sizes allow for leftovers to be enjoyed later. With ample parking and wheelchair accessibility, this Chinese restaurant stands out in Indy for its fantastic food and top-notch service. Recent visits mention that the fried rice is still thoroughly delicious, though some found the egg content excessive and missing the usual onions, which are a flavor they really love. The restaurant still maintains the Lotus Garden feel, with some noting that the chicken is all white meat, fresh, and crispy, and that sauce is often served separately to keep dishes from getting soggy. The staff, including May, remain friendly and attentive, making each visit enjoyable. Customers also appreciate that the restaurant offers vegetarian options like veggie fried rice.

☹️We just ate there yesterday, the one in Greenwood was just average on the food. The egg rolls were smaller and didn't taste freshly made. The sweet and sour chicken is covered over and above with the sauce. The flavor of the chow mein did not meet our expectations. We had to ask for the table to be wiped off again because it was sticky. The waiter was very good!

Waited to try the new location and it was so good! The egg rolls are so so close just missing the peanut taste. Sweet sour sauce not quite same. Rice is good. But they made my Hong Su Gai was amazing!

First time at the new place, definitely different from the old. I do miss the “dinner for 2” option and the rolls. Egg roll is okay but different from the old one. Sweet and sour sauce is more tangy that the old place, and lastly prices are a bit higher. I say it’s good but consider it a new restaurant if you are going and try not to compare to the old favorite.
