“For the last 2 years I had boycotted this location due to poor service, poor management, and lack of food quality.
I decided today to give them a chance to regain my business… I was not disappointed.
Romair and his team were upbeat, kind, and gave great service! Food was fresh and well prepared.
As long as Romair is managing I will be a return customer.

“I'm giving a 5-star review for improvement. We ate inside. The manager - Douglas - is trying hard to bring this up. He's apparently working on the Franklin Wendy's at the same time, so a tough task. They were short staffed, but the food was warm and done right. I don't particularly care for the kiosk-only option, and one of the kiosks was down, but it's at least a way to deal with the short staffing. Douglas came out after the rush was over and thanked everyone who had to wait a bit. One guy got his order misplaced, so Douglas made a new one and brought out cookies for his kids as compliments for the mistake. He owned the issue, and took quick action to resolve it.
It's not perfect, but getting a lot better than it had been over the past year or two. I can't deny myself a spicy chicken sandwich and their real lemonades, so I've been going anyway, but definitely happy that they're taking steps to improve.“
