“This location has one of the slowest drive thru service ever I have waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru for a simple order and orders ahead of me are spending 10-15 minutes at the speaker. Wendy’s if you are seeing this fix this problem at this location, the food is great but service is slow“

Upon my departure, she insisted that I have the best day ever!
She clearly understands the importance of customer experience!! although it was a simple drive-through transaction. This is something that I will not forget.

“This was the nicest experience I've ever had in a fast food restaurant. Jai, the lady who took our order came by our table to ask us if we needed anything. She walked around to check on all of the guests when she had the time. Jai had smiles for everyone.
The staff looked sharp. Clean and well dressed. I highly recommend this Wendy's.“
