“The food was great, but the drive-thru employee was not pleasant. If you hate your job, don't let that carry over in your voice to customers. Bad vibes just make everyone else's day bad. I was also not told of the wait prior to paying, which is the company's sneaky way of getting you to pay first prior to bad news.“

My recent visit to Wendy's was an absolute pleasure, leaving me thoroughly impressed on all fronts. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this location prioritizes customer satisfaction and quality.
The staff were simply fantastic – genuinely friendly and remarkably attentive. They greeted me with warmth and were quick to ensure my order was taken accurately and efficiently. Their positive attitudes made for a very welcoming atmosphere.
Speaking of the order, the food was absolutely perfect: correct, hot, and delicious. It's a real treat to get exactly what you asked for, prepared to a high standard, in a fast-food setting.
Beyond the food and service, the cleanliness of the establishment truly stood out. The bathrooms were spotless, the lobby was tidy and inviting, and the dining room was well-maintained. This attention to detail significantly enhanced the overall experience.

“The 5 stars only goes for the employee Derek. He was the only One taking anybody’s orders and making the orders. I heard other people that I did not see them nor did I see them help him. He is an incredible worker and tried his hardest to do all of it by himself. Been here about 20 mins and just now seen the manager. But yet instead of helping she wants him to make drive thru food as well. poor leadership“
“I didn't go inside but this was located in a nice little quiet area. I needed a treat so I was going for ice cream and they do ice cream well. The first thing I noticed in the drive through were the flavored lemonades for summer along with the taco salad. Both sounded amazing! Watermelon lemonade.. mmm -but- I was there to get my ice cream fix. Lol
I hadn't been to a Wendy's in awhile but this one had some frosty fusions (icee cream mix-ins..) cookie dough, caramel crunch and Oreo brownie. I really wanted the cookie dough because that's my go-to but, the lady said it wasn't their best seller (probably being new on the menu). I choose the Oreo brownie with vanilla ice cream. Oh my, it was soo good! It had the right amount of chocolate/fudge to ice cream. It was rich and indulgent and satisfied my craving. Definitely, something I needed and enjoyed especially since there isn't a Wendy's by me anymore... I missed it! (I was here for work visiting from out of state)“

I stopped eating Wendy’s because they kept re-frying my nuggets and they would be soo disgusting and greasy. But they did their big one. “We were greatest with cordialality and the special order was prepared with the greatest care. My mother's emotional support dog, Peanut was allowed in the store and the staff was delighted to interact with her. The order was placed and received within in a reasonable time...about 5mins.“
“Recently the Wendy's in my neighborhood
(area of 56th & Georgetown) closed. It really caught me off guard. So I had to drive to the Wendy's at Trader's Point, 86th & Zionsville Rd. It bothers me the only two burger joint's in my neighbor is now Burger King and Mickey D's. At nearly age 70 it goes without saying I'm burnt-out on those two. Burger King can't come up with anything fresh or new. And Mickey D's is Mickey D's. My neighborhood is dying a slow, slow death. Subway is also still here, but the only thing new there is their never ending price increases. Mr. Gyro's on 38th street is still on 38th street, but as much as I love their food, their french fries have always been booty.“

“I had the pleasure of going to Wendy the first time. I am came to this Wendy’s close to where I live. I have to say and point out the manager that was on shift that day Keshia. She was very professional, kind. My order was hot and well prepared and packaged. Throughout all this the thing that stood out to me most and made me want to do this review. Keshia was a true boss. What I mean by that she worked along with her staff encouraged them and was what I think a manger should be. She was not just standing there letting the team members do everything. She was hands on and run all over the where she was need. I give this restaurant a a 5 star rating and it was all due to Keisha I was very impressed!“
“Wendy's doesn't have much of a look to it overall, however the staff here usually go out of there way to make sure you're satisfied. The younger staff is very understanding despite having to deal with many orders and personalities all day.“

“I've gone here every morning for an entire year, lol everything has been absolutely fine there are especially two employees that stand out in my mind who are friendly and smile, one being a man, one being a woman but I don't know names so I'm not able to recognize them. I'm sorry. Wish I could help more with that considering they are such wonderful people! I'm going to find out Monday how I can recognize them to show my appreciation of their kindness & gifts of custom service they have. So I went in Thursday I ordered a large chocolate frosty with the number one and the meal small. So that just means pototo wedges were small, drink was large. Anyway I got home and the food was wrong. So I didn't call since I rarely run into this I figured I could take my receipt in the next day seeing I go in everyday and have it replaced. Nope, I was told very firmly that next time to call or she's not going to do it. She replaced the breakfast sandwich and then had me pay her for the small potato wedges and large frosty separate.? Idk how it's supposed to work, I figured she would fix the entire meal since the entire meal was in my mind considered ruined. Lol I have no clue though. Does anyone know!?
