Burger was awful
The service is here is at an all time low. I placed an order online and it never showed up in their system but I was able to present my receipt. For 15 minutes the young lady at the counter tried to get help from a manager and the manager (Crystal) did not acknowledge her request nor me the entire time. Then some young man (Jordan) with no professional training tried to come and Debo (hustle) the situation and did ABSOLUTELY nothing to right the wrong. This place needs a entire...read full review
One star is generous. This is easily one of the worst fast-food locations I’ve ever visited.
The staff are unbelievably rude and seem almost determined to make orders incorrectly. Beyond the terrible service, the restaurant itself felt genuinely unsanitary. Employees were sitting around, basic food-safety practices appeared to be nonexistent, and the overall condition of the place made me question whether anyone is actually managing this location.

Some mistakes in drink orders have been reported. Despite the food being made correctly, incorrect drinks and limited straws have caused some issues. On the other hand, the energy of the establishment is unmatched, but incidents of employees laughing at customers have been noted.
