Ordered almost $30 worth of food through the mobile app for indoor pickup. Went to the restaurant, waited in line, told the cashier the name on the order and waited. 5 minutes pass by and they try and hand me another person's order. I let them know that's not my order and the cashier asked for the name again. Gave him the name and he said that name wasn't in their system. The drive-through experience started rough, they were rude when taking my order. Also, we ordered coffee with our breakfast, and when we got up to the window, she told me they would need to brew more coffee. Acting like it was an inconvenience for them to do so. I love Wendy’s, but I will not be coming back to this one.
