After waiting in drive thru line 25 minutes to pick up my app order my order was wrong and the kid shuts the window in my face. Literally not the right sandwich nor frosty but who cares right? Happens too often and no one cares. Let’s let these fast food places keep stealing our hard earned money by giving out what ever they want to. Why bother placing an order?
Not sure about some of the negative comments. But no doubt their experiences were the exception. Every place has a bad moment on occasion. But this Wendy's is great. I've never had any negative experience. Food is good, friendly staff and management, quick service, clean dining room and restroom. 5 stats with no hesitation.
It was great especially with great friends! Didnt have to wait to long either. People were nice
