Don't go to this location...period. your bothering the workers when you stop at this location. My 1st and ONLY time to stop at this location on west 86th street. The order took forever, and one of our fries was hot. One was cold. The wrap was at least 1 day old and was flaking apart. Again, don't waste your hard earned money eye here!
Stopped by Wendy’s this evening and had a really good experience. The food was fresh, my order came out right, and the customer service was great.
Big shout-out to Theodore, aka “Fast Track,” who I believe is the GM. I was a little indecisive about what I wanted, but he was patient, helpful, and made sure I got my order together without making me feel rushed. Great customer service all around. Definitely a 5-star experience.

The younger staff is very understanding despite having to deal with many orders and personalities all day.
