We waited forever and the staff never even acknowledged us. Like 15-20 minutes. I had an appointment to get to across town so we left. We went to chick-fil-a on the west side and they were great.
Food was so fresh and hot I took the time to call the Manager to let her know. She was rude, the young lady that answered hung up on me had to call back. The lady at the window was sad/ rude also was on her phone the Entire time. Good food Horrible

It’s bad enough all the person taking my order wanted to do was talk to the other associate at the window. Didn’t even take my order or my form of payment until 10 mins went by. Then proceeds to tell me I can’t have 1 thing of ranch to go with my meal telling me we don’t serve that at this hour??? LIKE WHAT??? It’s ranch.
