“Business owner herself is a warm and very wonderful woman! However, the younger girl with the dark hair and bun, is rather rude! “Twelve Islands was my favorite family restaurant in Crown Point… Even though I don’t live there anymore when I head that way I like to stop in… My daughters loved going there and loved the lemon rice soup…I occasionally got the chicken livers and the calves liver with onions and bacon…. LOL 😂 Oh and the Chefs salad was always great, Greek style…. It’s always good there… I would definitely recommend it…! 5 STARS ✨“

“Omg so good! I was back home visiting family and wanted a Gyro to enjoy while watching the Bears game. My parents said that years ago they used to go to Munster Gyro. I ordered in store and it was served fairly quickly. It was maybe the best gyro I have ever had! I live over 3 hours away and I think about the next time I go back to visit family that I will be going to get a gyro!“

“Roomy place, clean, good food, decent prices, but both bathrooms are marked out of use. Don't you need working bathrooms at a food establishment? Seems maybe they just don't want anyone using them, and they aren't broken??? Bullet proof glass the length of the counter says a lot. Probably not a good night spot, but not a lot of traffic here in the middle of the day. Good food though.
Parking: Parking shared with several businesses although two spots are directly in front of restaurant.“
