“I haven't been to Wendy's in a few years. I have visited twice in the last 2 months. The service was ok, yet the order has been messed up both times. The fries were so cold on my 1st visit I had to return to get a fresh order. If I do recall, they pride themselves on fresh fries, if nothing else? The 2nd visit, they were still not "fresh." I didn't complain this time. It will probably be a long time again before I return for food.“
