“I gave 4 stars because there were two women (purple shirts) that ultimately rectified the situation and were very professional and helpful . Then there’s the African American lady with the purple shirt, looks like she has a birth mark on her face, that is extremely unprofessional and ignorant. I did not appreciate how she presented herself while speaking to me and how she was willing to let me walk away without being satisfied with my order. I’m proud of myself for keeping my composure.“
