“By far one of the best Wendy's I've been to. The manager which I assume because of the different T-shirt was so spunky and happy. She was very easy to talk to very friendly. I absolutely love the amount of decorations they had for Christmas time. The restaurant was clean the back area behind the counter was clean and food was fresh and crunchy. No complaints“
“For me, this Wendy's is my go to. It's close to my house and whenever I come, my order does not get messed up and the quality of food is the usual for Wendy's. I love their Dave's Double and their fries are on point for the most part! People seem to have issues with the service, I have not had those negative experiences at all.“
“I go to this location once or twice a week. Normally well managed and efficient. But it has some hiccups. Going out in a snow storm today, I was distracted and didn’t realize I was shorted my frosty for son in mobile app order after waiting 8 minutes for tenders. The tenders were slightly undercooked and chewy besides not getting proper order. This is normally well run but not today. And they make it impossible to make a complaint online after you fill all the information in with receipt and location #. It eventually falls into McEvil territory and won’t even consider.“
