Wendy's in Schaumburg

“I been to the location for the past several months and purchase a variety of items such as burgers , wraps , salads , coffee and etc . Each time I order the food is always fresh and delicious rather I go in person or order Uber Eats. I also recieve customer service different employees and it’s always a pleasant experience and do an excellent job with service. Highly recommend going to this location if you’re in the area.“

“Let me tell you about this experience!!!! Me and my six year old came to Wendy’s for one reason and one reason only… (okay… more than one reason. the nuggies and the chili are the best ever.) … BUT ANYWAYS, back to the point— Me and the mini came in for the Sonic the Hedgehog kids meals. But wait, there’s more! Me and my mini had a very specific request. We wanted 4 different characters, two of them doubles. Yes. We were THAT customer. But instead of getting a judgmental look or an eye roll, we were greeted with enthusiasm from someone who recognized us from the day before (thanks, Benji!) and the person who took our incredibly complicated order, Derek, was AMAZING and helpful and even went on a tiny Odyssey around the store to help me and my mini get the Sonic collectibles that we wanted!!!!!! Multiple kids meals,(6!), and I kid you not—this is easily my favorite fast food experience. Derek especially made our day!! Even my kiddo walked out saying, “Wow! Everyone here was so nice!” (And she’s an EXCELLENT judge of character.) Alan, the manager, was also super kind—and I appreciated the extra care and the independence instilled in the team to really go above and beyond for a customer who just really, really loves their kid… and that lil blue Hedgehog+friends. A super Sonic thank you to this location for making our hearts happy tonight. You all are the best!!!!!!!!!!!!“
