I wouldve given 5 stars because the one in Hanover is so much better than the one in Madison but they said they would be getting their roast beef back and still haven't.Update: the roast beef is back!I placed an online order, went to pick it up and it was wrong. I believe there was a new guy working that day. They quickly made me a new sandwich and were very apologetic. I wasn't upset tho, these things happen.
It's hit or miss usually. Depending on who is working. The people make the difference unfortunately.The other thing that bothers me is the price on the new fresh mozzarella sandwiches is 10 dollars. The one by my work is 6.99

Not very friendly and they made my sandwich wrong and when I called to get it fixed she act like she didn't know what to say about the issue and when I stated the problem she paused for few min and then said we are out of that but when I ordered she never mentioned to me about being out or I would have went to different location won't go back
