Hamburgers were overcooked... ordered med. rare and got well-done. They were not 1/2 lb. and the quality of beef was not tops. (They were not close to other $15 burgers such as Bru Burger or Bub's.) Waitress was great, and the atmosphere was very quiet and nice. We did not regret going, but we weren't impressed either. Left a good tip because the service was great.

We went to Haub Steak House early, at 4 pm for my birthday. We had the place to ourselves for the first 50 minutes. We made a reservation and our server Kathy had a table set up for us. My husband got the Delmonico steak and he said it was very good; seasoned and cooked perfectly. I got the crab stuffed shrimp, which was very good. The salad was just basic but fresh. The Key Lime Pie was delicious. Our server was very attentive and kept my husband's soda glass filled along...

Our first visit back in 26 years…a nostalgia trip for sure as memories of our previous visit were confirmed upon entering the facility. We arrived an hour after opening to get ahead of a Saturday night crowd and avoid any added pressure on the wait staff and cooks.Server was attentive and stopped back often so overall service was good.Appetizer order was placed and we had seen great reviews on bacon wrapped chicken livers. Rough start as they arrived over cooked and dry.Salads...
