Best Lemon Rice Soup!! Definitely one of my favorite lunch spots.
Eating here was a blast from the past from when I lived in Indiana. The food is still good and a great value. The issue is the cleanliness of the restaurant. The bathrooms were horrible. The menus were filthy. The dust and overall decor needs a deep cleaning. The service was great.
