This place is always our go to when we want Mexican food. I highly suggest the beef tips taco salad. You are seated immediately when you step in and the staff is so friendly. Your drink is never empty and your food comes out insanely quick but still taste so fresh. Better than any of the mainstream Mexican food places we have been to!

The Mexican dishes have a little more kick than most Mexican restaurants I've been to. The deep fried beef chimichangas were very good. Friday evening was pretty busy and although 6 of us were seated right away the service was alittle slow. But we weren't in a hurry so visited while we were waiting. Complimentary chips and salsa, and I always order the white cheese dip. Reasonable priced menu items. Parking across the street.

Always an excellent experience at Tonala. We have been coming here since they opened. The food has never disappointed, in fact it's our favorite Mexican restaurant by far. The service is top notch. The food is always fresh and excellent. The prices are affordable and we often have enough for another meal or two. This restaurant is always clean. Super clean.
