First of all, why is store closed for a full week? Second, they should put a limit on items ordered at drive through. Last time there someone in front of me had NO idea of what they wanted and they were like….ummmm I’ll take one of those…..ummmm I’ll take one of those until she had ordered over 40.00 worth of products! Very frustrating when the line was held up for over 10 min!

I come here a lot with my dog, I always get really great service. I had a long black hair in my shaken espresso this week… I called and they gave me a new one. It was loooong. But I’ve dropped my peanut butter face down in the sand before, nothing can be worse than that.

This place is pretty nice and everything is great except that's its a 50/50 on whether my drink will be made correctly. At the price point of these drinks, it's rather irritating. Most recent drink was a Macchiato that I requested chocolate sauce instead of vanilla through the app and none of the chocolate was mixed into the drink. Last time it was a pink drink with the drink nearly half cold foam because I chose extra cold foam in the app. There has been other times...
