Ordered food on the app for pick up order inside. Had to wait over 20 minutes for my food. The girl on the line making food was wearing gloves and pulling up her pants and then was more worried about pulling out her phone and scrolling on it mid making food. Then proceeded to take a phone call which distracted her from making the food and putting stuff correctly in the bag. Food was cold from sitting open so long on the line. Messed up the drink order. Wanted a freeze but didn't even take the order right after Repeating it several times. He did make it right
