KFC is not the KFC of past. The staff is friendly but, on more than one occasion our order was short or received something else instead of what was ordered. This recent order was supposed to be an eight piece with potatoes, gravy, and cole slaw with biscuits. KFC staff said they were out of biscuits could they substitute a cake. The drive thru service was as fast as one could expect when ordering a dinner as complex as frying chicken. I'm sure it's much different than slapping a burger on the grill.The chicken was good, not as good as Granny used to make, but acceptable. The fries, Cole slaw and biscuits were great.I may be wacky but for some reason I have eaten the coleslaw and fries together {scooping up the slaw with a couple of fries like spoons} since the 1980's...Anyway, it is a little bit more...read full review

Went inside tonight (12/21 around 6:30) to order a bucket of chicken. They looked really busy and possibly short staffed, but the lady that was doing the counter and running drive thru simultaneously was AWESOME!!! You could tell everyone was super busy trying to keep up and they were behind, but she was so friendly and nice. I wish I would've asked her name, so hopefully someone there knows who I'm talking about and tell her thank you!
