Ordered the Ale Supremo pizza and ended up having to wait about an hour until we got it. No biggie. It happens. The manager (Diane) threw in a large order of wings, refunded our money, AND gave us a $20 gift card. Now THAT'S customer service! The food was absolutely delicious, too. Needless to say, we're Ale Emporium customers for life. Thank you!
Normally good but tonight was our second time for the Steak Night special. Steaks were slightly over cooked but edible. Definitely tougher than last time. We did not have steak knives and only saw our waitress to order the first round of drinks and the dinner and bring the bill. No water refills. No asking if we needed another rounds. No one to ask for a steak knife. And if we had wanted to send a steak back she wasn’t there to tell. I still tipped 20% because the...read full review
