They were out of pretzels when i walked up. The guy that was making them said it would be 20 minutes. I told him I was only 2 terminals away, I'd be back and to save me one. Not only was he friendly and cheerful......but he came to the terminal with a pretzel looking for me!!! The pretzel was great and the service was outstanding! 10/10

Salted pretzel and barely any salt. 1 guy working there is great while all others, well, new hires wouldn't be bad. Pretzel is not made as it's supposed to be.

Went in and they had zero pretzels. Said it would be 30 minutes. Came back in 30 minutes and they had zero pretzels, said it would be 30 minutes. Came back in 30 minutes and they had zero pretzels said it would be 30 minutes. Did not come back

These are amazing pretzels. This location needs help! I walked up to buy 4 pretzels. They said it would be 30minutes because they were making them. I saw them hand rolling them. I said, ok Ill be back. I came back in 30 minutes and they said it would be 30minutes before they had more. I was confused and inquired. They indicated that they immediately sold out. Selling 6-12 pretzels an hour because you are always sold out is a poor business model and unreliable. No one can wait over an hour at the airport to be served food.

The young man at the counter made my day significantly better. He was very enthusiastic, energetic, and polite. I wish more people were like him.

The best customer service I've ever received at an airport. Which is the lowest of bars, but still. The cashier made a point to greet everyone who walked in. I wanted a cinnamon sugar pretzel. They were out. Did this man let that stop him? No he did not. He grabs me a regular pretzel and adds cinnamon sugar to it. What legend.
Super positive and friendly the whole time. No complaints, no eye-rolls, just a dude solving problems as best he can. Put this man in charge of customer service for the whole airport. Is that a thing? Maybe let him run a resort. Or give him a raise at least.

Every time I leave Indy I try to get a pretzel. One time they were completely out or limited availability. Today on regular pretzel available. So saturated with butter I couldn't eat it. They need to get this place fixed

I usually do not complain about these types of things online but I do not want anyone to get sick. Ben's in Shipshewana is my favorite so I expected the same from here. Last week I ordered a plain pretzel with cheese sauce before my flight. The red-head kid working was EXTREMELY rude to me even though I simply asked him if they took Apple Pay. I went and sat back down with my pretzel and the ENTIRE INSIDE OF THE PRETZEL WAS RAW. I'm talking raw dough! I didn't even attempt it and brought it back and told the kid working that it was uncooked. Kid takes it from me and throws me a new one! So angrily! I understand being frustrated that customers are not happy but not even a single apology. Just a new pretzel and I can't say it was cooked very much more. I just tossed it and got a packaged snack at Hudson. Disappointed and I think management needs to look into who they are hiring here.
