Manager was helpful and accommodating but soda machine in dining area had no ice and carbon dioxide was low so flat soda was coming out. Girl who took my order did not offer my drink cup and manager had to do it. Restaurant was not busy. I also saw grill cook grab fries and eat them while working. Manager is helpful but his staff are slobs with lack of social awareness. I was going to dine in but just took food to car instead
The manager here is awesome. I used the bk app for a pickup delivery for the first time and didn't pick the toppings correctly. She didn't hesitate to ask me what I wanted on my burger and directed the cook to make me a new fresh one. She was very kind, and even put on fresh onion rings for me since the burger was being remade. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the place, and how well she runs her crew. ?
This place always does a good job with our order AND is very dog friendly! My dog loves car rides and going through drive throughs. Every time we come to this location, they always talk to him and give him compliments and will even sometimes give him bacon. He absolutely loves coming here. We've not had this with any other Burger King location, so this location is our go-to and will be for quite a while. I HIGHLY recommend this location, especially if you have a furry companion!!!!!
