“I arrived with a hubby basketball team ten minutes before choosing. One of the employees held the door for us with a smile, and then once inside the manager told her crew to "buckle up". They then proceeded to talk all the orders while still taking drive through orders. We had all our food and were back on the road home by 10 minutes after closing. The crew handled us well and the manager was super accommodating and very professional. Thank you! Awesome service!“
“I have resisted going to this chain because of their business practices, but my girl does eat it so guess what, yes I went.I have to admit I liked the food and it is reasonably priced.I just wish their stance on a few things would be more reasonable and I would go there more often.
Parking: A large number of spots“
“Clean spot in a convenient location just off the freeway near the loop. Customer service is good and the staff keeps the restaurant clean. The food ranks up there with other quality Chick-fil-A's. Sometimes the drive-thru line is long and the parking is tight. Otherwise, a good experience.“
“Never had a bad experience, wish they were open on Sundays.
Parking: Every location I've visit, been lucky, someone is pulling out and I pull in. You just have to do the drive through.
Kid-friendliness: If I had little one's, this would be the best place to go.“
“I mobiled ordered and when I got to front they told me my card didn't go thru. I forgot to change card on app when bank updated my card. They took my new card and put through the transaction but I guess because of that it put me at front of line. They took 7 cars from non fast lane, then had me pull up and took 3 more out of mine line and 2 more from non fast lane. Finally brought my order out. Got it home and it wasn't my order. Moral of story: make sure your info is right.“
“I have worked at IND. for 2 years now. I often come to this Chicfila for my lunch break. In the past, the staff were not very friendly or productive it seemed from a consumers POV. In the past 6 months, my experience has been wonderful, everyone is kind, efficient, vocal and complimentary towards each other and costumers! Especially Zion. He is a great employee and represents Chick-fil-A very well!“
“The PERFECT SAUSAGE BURRITO this morning. The tortilla was perfect, the amount of egg, hash browns, and sausage was perfect....literally one of the few Chick-fil-A Burritos that I've felt was worth the money. Whoever made it this morning....should be training the entire company on how to make a breakfast burrito!
Only reason I didn't give 5-stars is the counter was a little slow to tend to taking my order....but no big deal compared to the perfect burrito!“
“UPDATE: Please note that this review is for the Chick-fil-A at 10 E Washington St, downtown Indy, not the one on the IUPUI campus, which Google Maps seems to be referencing.This was my first visit to the new downtown Chick-fil-A, which is located at street level near the mall. In the past, I have gone to the Chick-fil-A within the mall food court, but believe this may be replacing that location. I was told by staff that the restaurant has been open for about 3 months. I arrived about 12:15 pm and it was nice to see a crowd of people patronizing this downtown business. I quickly made my way to the counter and placed my order, which I received while in the process of buying 15 gift cards. Bri, the manager, came out to help Sevastian process my request, and they took the time to double check that the correct amounts were loaded onto each card and then placed them into individual gift card holders! They were courteous and kind, and lunch tasted great. The restaurant is new and very nice. The only potential negative for some customers may be the high nose level, due to all of the hard surfaces, but things improved as the crowd thinned out. The attached photos were taken just before 1:00 pm after most of the lunch crowd was gone. It's also worth nothing that they have a few outdoor tables, but due to the low temperature (the high today was 59*F) and breezy conditions, no one was sitting outside.“

“This was open when my destination restaurant was still closed in the morning. My Sausage Egg and Cheese biscuit was moderately priced, and quite good - although the soft, delicate, crumbly biscuit had difficulty keeping the food together as a single sandwich.“
“My wallet was stolen today. I had $100 cash only to my name for the day. So before I placed the order, I asked the employee at the drive in if they took cash in that high of a denomination. He said absolutely, no worries! Then lo and behold…. They took my order and then took care of my meal for free! It literally almost brought tears to my eyes as I was dealing with my wallet being stolen not to long before. It was very kind, appreciated and let me know that there is still kindness and thoughtfulness out there!!
