Much like an airport CFA, the menu is missing a lot of options and the app is not accepted at this location. However, the restaurant was clean, service was fast and friendly, and the food was good!
UPDATE: Please note that this review is for the Chick-fil-A at 10 E Washington St, downtown Indy, not the one on the IUPUI campus, which Google Maps seems to be referencing.This was my first visit to the new downtown Chick-fil-A, which is located at street level near the mall. In the past, I have gone to the Chick-fil-A within the mall food court, but believe this may be replacing that location. I was told by staff that the restaurant has been open for about 3 months. This is a university restaurant. It was great and fast service but there is less perks to it. You are not going to be able to use your chick fil a reward. They seem to have less options compared to a regular chick fil a restaurant. Sometimes they close early and their busy times are usually around 5 to 6pm - the time they close. The best time to go to this place is around 3 o’clock.
