Advertised valentine trays thought I was buying a heart felt dinner but didn’t get anything close to that. In fact, I had my fruit tray left out. Multiple cars pull up curbside and leave before me with free breakfast sandwich coupons. Only for me to leave with no special trays no breakfast coupon and an attitude from management when I called to complain. “Free” order of fruit on my next visit which isn’t really free if I’ve already paid for it. I eat at CFA 1-2x Mon-Fri as I travel three states. I live here in Indy and my “home” store is here in town. I know the drive-thru system so well, I can tell new employees where to find certain things on their ordering pads.
Today, I had the distinct displeasure of meeting “Donny” who says he’s a manager but displayed no sense of competence or of being true to the spirit of how Truitt Cathy would want things run.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD! This evening my husband and I had pretty busy schedules between work and getting our 4 children ready for bed and school the next morning so we decided to pick up their favorite at this location that we most frequently visit. I placed my usual order on my app and picked it up through the drive-thru. I have never had issues with my orders so I didn’t even think to check inside of the sandwhich containers to make sure everything was right....read full review
