Worst chipotle I've been to. Staff is rude and act like it's an inconvenience to make the food. The whole place is very dirty. There were the workers used gloves thrown on the floor in the sitting area. Food was fine, but the service and atmosphere was awful. Not coming to this chipotle again.
Imagine order 2 bowls on the chipotle app because you don’t have so much time, you pick up and when you get home one of the bowls is COMPLETELY EMPTY!!!!! I’ve made a complaint and what this store offered me was a FREE SMALL DRINK???? Don’t go to this location until the personal change their bad habits. It don’t even deserve 1 star

75% of my mobile order was wrong - i paid extra for queso and chips, didnt get it. as well as the wrong salsa. its really disappointing that when i called the store to ask how to fix/help - they just mentioned that they weren't sure and if i wanted to come back in, i could get it if the manager was still there.

Im at work starving and didn't know I had a guest to dinner. Maybe this is what u get when u go 30mins b4 closing. I went to take a second bite of this bowl with the queso that looks unappetizing and to my disgusted surprise a knat the size of a dam fly politely smashed down with the foil top. This is y I tell my family "KROGER" went hey ask me what I want to eat for dinner. Broad Ripple Chipotle may I have my money back please...since you're CLOSE at this point?
