I don't eat Chipotle often but I placed a carry out order today. Most of the meat options were not available (due to some issue at the store) so I ordered carnitas (I typically order chicken). There was very little meat and what there was so PURE FAT and GRISTLE. It was not only disgusting, but I also paid for basically a fancy bowl of rice and beans. When I contacted Chipotle corporate, the response was "thanks for the info." No compensation or seeming interest. With high food prices, I'll spend my $ elsewhere.

Follow up: The email address the response sends you to is the one I already contacted! They did NOTHING except take the info.

This is arguably the worst chipotle we’ve ever experienced. Multiple times they have given us the completely wrong order for pick, and other times it’s labeled at our order with none of the proper ingredients. One instance a burrito bowl was just covered in shredded cheese which was not any item selected due to a dairy allergy. It’s as if they just random select things and throw it all together in a bowl or burrito.
I called requesting a refund and they said they could only offer to remake it if I brought it back to the store. At this point we don’t even order from this store anymore because the service has been so consistently bad. And then when an order is messed up the customer service regarding it is also very poor. No more broad ripple Chipotle for this fam.

Very slow service. Only. 1 person filling walk-in orders. The Chicken has little taste, likely poorly seasoned. Frustrating as this location used to be pretty good.

I’ve ordered 3 times and we’ve always gotten a completely random order. Like if I order 3 burritos, I get 3 burritos, but all the meat and toppings and salsa are incorrect. If I order a bowl and a burrito, I get a bowl and a burrito, but with random meat and toppings. I assume I’m getting a different person’s order, but who knows.

I can’t give this one star because everything I’ve received has been delicious. This is like the chipotle shuffle. I’ve tried new things, I’ve learned about myself. Credit to whoever the creator(s) are. Yes, I’ve double-triple checked that the name on the order is correct. Yes, it’s me. But an aspirational me that really loves vegetables. I would give this three stars but if you have allergies, you probably shouldn’t risk it.

This was a mobile order. My ticket on the outside of the bag was correct but neither sticker on the inside was correct. Very disappointed.

SCAM. READ. CHIPOTLE SUCKS.
I made an order to pick up. A chicken bowl, a steak burrito, two bags of chips and a salsa and a guac. I show up to pick it up and the employee says “we are out of chips, guac and steak”. I advised I wanted to cancel my order because I rely on the chips being available to complete my meal. He said he wasn’t able to do anything and to contact the app help section. I subbed my steak burrito for another meat, and went home without half the stuff I ordered. I went to the help bot, then a live person. They offered no help whatsoever and tried to offer me a coupon for a bag of chips. They weren’t understanding how screwed up this got and would not offer help. I got scammed. Will go out of my way not to order Chipotle again. Too bad, used to be an awesome place 12-15 years ago.

In here right now and the place is dirty and they seem to never have vinaigrette no matter the time of day. I asked for a bowl with brown rice and the kid just looked at me while trying to scoop out the last four pieces of brown rice and say they don’t have no more.

If this wasn't the only chipotle near me, I'd never go. How does a location not have half the proteins, , zero grilled veggies, zero salsa, zero cheese, zero sour cream with over an hour until they close & then wrap an inedible burrito? This location is a joke, Taco Bell is honestly a better option in the broad ripple area.
