Haven’t been in a minute due to service last time. And once again I must say, some of these people need new jobs. Customer service SUCKS, if you have an attitude the whole time you’re there you should stay home. WILL NOT BE

I recently visited Chipotle and was quite pleased. The restaurant was clean, which made for a pleasant dining experience. The food quality was high, with fresh ingredients and great flavors. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is that the service was a bit slow. Overall, a solid four-star experience.

Food is usually just fine. It's just ALWAYS dirty/messy in the lobby. Majority of the staff was on point. The soda machine was out of ice and I asked this girl if there was ice in back and her immediate and DRY answer was NO. Luckily this very tall and polite other employee came right behind her and was like I can grab you some ice from the back... totally opposite of what the girl said. He saved the experience. It's the lack of solution that typically kills it....
