Order is always missing something from this location, salad with no lettuce, fajita veggies entree with no fajita veggies. Burnt chips, sitting water in the salads/bowls. I don't know why I keep giving them a chance! The 82nd street location is at least somewhat more reliable.
Every time I get carry out I regret it from this location. Bowls were wrong (per usual) and had large guac missing from taped bag. Didn’t see it until I got home with the food… I returned to the store to be told they were simply out of guac and they couldn’t refund since I ordered through the app. I wasted time and gas to eat cold, incorrect bowls. Also missing my $5 guac. Really wish they had notified me BEFORE leaving the first time with the food…**Thankfully customer...read full review

Worst chipotle I've been to. Staff is rude and act like it's an inconvenience to make the food. The whole place is very dirty. There were the workers used gloves thrown on the floor in the sitting area. Food was fine, but the service and atmosphere was awful. Not coming to this chipotle again.
