They are not the nicest. I've had to show my receipt to prove they messed up the order. They need to discontinue table feature. Instead of having you sit, then scream for you to come back up. It's not the cleanest anymore. Something changed at the Broadripple location 3 months ago.
Typical McD food. My gripe is you order via the kiosk and take the table number which says they will deliver the food to your table. but then they don't and since you weren't listening for them to call your table number (since they were to delivery it), the food is cold and then they give you an attitude because have to remake it so you wait even longer. Up your game on the service

I am shocked at the bad reviews. I came. I was greeted quickly and my order made promptly. The burger was hot and delicious. The restaurant was super clean. I think this is one of the best McDonald’s I have been in. I came at lunch time.
