The worst experience at any McDonald’s ever. The lady with rainbow braids stood at the window for a solid minute typing on her phone before she even looked up at me. By the time I got my drinks my food was cold. No salt on the fries. Spent a total of a half hour in the drive thru despite ordering ahead. I’ll stick to the location on Meridian.

There really needs to be more DIVERSITY at this location! There’s nothing but latinos giggling at people while not even trying to work! They can’t even give ketchup with my damn fries! And always speaking Spanish assuming some of don’t know what they’re saying. Please shut this location down!

I thought " there was no way my experience could get worse at this location.." but i thought wrong. all i wanted to do was pay $7 in cash and pay the rest of my 10 dollar order on card. so i hand the lady the cash and whole time she is just on her phone not paying attention, and she tells me its ready. i tap my card and see she charged my card the whole order after i asked to pay 7 in CASH. so not only did she put my bak account in the negative and not care, but i was given luke warm food. worst experience ive had at a McDonald's so far.

The first time I came here Patricia and her staff refused to acknowledge me wanting to make an order, so I left. Second time this morning, a skinny flamboyant employee complained about making me coffee and told his giggling female coworker I should go to Starbucks next door instead of ordering from them. And he also forgot to put sugar in my iced coffee. He has a Speedy Gonzalez mustache in case he needs to know who he is. Terrible service and it’s always from the latinos here. But they work so hard right?
